This was a great hotel with a great view! My family stayed here upon arrival to Vegas, before heading north to the national parks. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and we had a great stay! The boys even enjoyed the breakfast bar, which isn't often the case!

The type of room I had reserved was not available upon check in. The room we were given had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. When I went to the front desk, they sent someone down to take out the trash and gave me a set of sheets to change myself. Gross!

The staff was friendly but when checking in they tried to give me a room with a king bed only when I booked a room with 2 beds. I did finally get room with 2 beds but had to take a handicap accessible room. The lobby and breakfast area was nice and updated but the rooms need a lot of work. Room was semi-clean but the bathroom was dirty, toilet had a hard time flushing, some mold near the sink faucet and near the tub area, room had a weird smell. Out of the 2 nights we stayed none of us got a hot shower, it was always lukewarm water even if you were the first one up and showering. We were in town for a soccer tournament and part of our team stayed here and the other half stayed right next door at the Hampton. We paid the same price as those staying at the Hampton and their hotel had hot water and everything was clean. Will not stay here again. If you need to stay in this area stay next door at the Hampton.

Staff - Nice and Friendly They did attempt to say that we reserved a king suite (high price) than the two double room we booked. Parking Plenty of parking but I would suggest trying to get something up near the front where the clerk can see it. On the east side of parking near freeway looks like homeless living in the bushes. Also, there was broken vehicle glass on the ground. Thankfully, we parked right up near the front. The check-in clerks could see the vehicle and we did not move the vehicle the whole time, took Uber left to get around Vegas. Lobby - bright and clean Hallway - Smelled , carpets looked dirty and again smelled like something or someone peed in it. Entrance/Exit door east side - supposed to be 24 hour locked need to use room key to get in according to sign, was unlocked and looked like room key slide pad broken. Noticed on last day when prepping to leave that homeless people were using that door to come in and get breakfast. Room beds hard with two small pillows that are also hard, trouble getting to sleep and woke up sore. Missing do not disturb sign for door Outlets on lamp by bed loose fitting would not suggest using them. Room had a funky smell, until I cleaned the washable ac filter then used Clorox wipes on it Thermostat unit on wall not hooked up to A/C, looked like plug under unit disconnected. Controls on unit say you can turn unit to fan high but it cycles on and off with A/C which will not go below 65° I like to keep the fan on the circulate air in the room and “white noise” to drown out ambient noises for better sleep. Bathroom Split door solan style is easiest way to explain it, needs hardware (hinges) change they are rusty, door needs sanding and painted Tub looked to be cast iron with porcelain finish that needed to be replaced or at least resurfaced because it has major rust spots. (Home Depot sells a resurface kit Store SKU # 1008380952 cost around $40) Sink faucet loose turns when Turing on water to change temp Overall, I’d love to give a zero star rating or negative star rating, but unfortunately that’s not allowed

Absolutely horrible. Door handle to room was broken, a huge safety issue. No hot water all weekend long. Homeless coming in to eat the free breakfast, and charged $400 for smoking which we did not! We’ve never smoked in a room as none of us are smokers and we were in town for a soccer tournament!
